OHIO PRISONER JUMPS TO HIS DEATH AFTER COURT SENTENCE

Authorities in Steubenville, Ohio says Jason Binkiewicz 42, took his own life at a courthouse moments after he was sentences to 13 years in prison. Jason who was led out of the courtroom by a deputy threw himself over the building's third floor. Jefferson County Sheriff Fred Abdalla says the deputy grabbed the handcuffed man's clothing as he jumped, but could have gone over, too, if he held on. He was then pronounced dead. Binkiewicz was sentenced on attempted murder & felony assault charges.
